Shipping policy
All orders have a 2 day processing time before shipment.
* Please note during sales an extra business day will be added to all processing times *
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will resume processing the following business day.
A Shipping Confirmation email is sent upon shipment and will include Tracking.
Thunder Hoodie is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Once your claim has been filed, please contact us directly at sales@thunderhoodie.com with information regarding your situation and your claim number.
