RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thunder Hoodie will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased from Thunderhoodie.com based on the following requirements. All returns or exchanges must contain the original labels and/or tags and items must not be worn or washed. ThunderHoodie will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 45 days after the original purchase.

* Orders that contain a Gift With Purchase will not be eligible for return *

  • Please note: your order number is the number that starts with "#".
  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to make an exchange, please place a separate order online for the desired item. 
  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment and may take up to 5 business days from the date received. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is issued.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
